Course Summary
Course Objective
To allow delegates to proactively manage and optimise the realisation of benefits associated with a programme.
Delegate Profile
Managers and specialists in a programme environment who are responsible for managing benefits, particularly Business Changes Managers and Change Agents.
Course Format
Realising Benefits compliments the Identifying and Analysing Benefits Course. Delegates should already have attended the Benefits Modelling Course, or be qualified in Managing Successful Programmes and have already created a Benefits Model (Benefits Realisation Plan and Benefits Profiles).
The Realising Benefits Course is highly interactive and is based on a comprehensive case study. The course can also be run as a Benefits Realisation Workshop.
