Course Summary
To cover the content of the PRINCE2 Practitioner syllabus and to prepare delegates to take the Practitioner exam on the last afternoon of the course. A PRINCE2 Foundation pass is a prerequisite for attending this event. From its introduction on 1st September 2007 all courses will incorporate the new style Practitioner exam.
Course Outline
Delegate Profile
Project managers wishing to build on their achievement in the PRINCE2™ Foundation exam, following further experience or a period of study. The course would be of benefit to those with project support office or project assurance roles, team managers, Project Board members who wish to be hands-on, and team members aspiring to a more senior role.

• Product-based Planning – Product Breakdown Structure and Product Flow Diagram
• Case Study and Exam Preparation
Trainer Profile
AFA trainers are approved by APMG, which administers PRINCE2™ on behalf of OGC, and all have recent experience of project work. The use of hybrid trainer-managers is of great benefit to delegates, because the trainer fully appreciates the reality of using PRINCE2™.
Duration
Three days – residential attendance may be beneficial as some evening preparation and consolidation is required.
