Course: Six Sigma Greenbelt Programme

Six Sigma Greenbelt training is a five day non residential course focused on team members understanding and applying the Define Measure Analyse Improve and Control model that is the foundation of all Six Sigma projects. Delegates will have a choice of working on manufacturing or service based case studies throughout the five-day programme.

The team leaders and team members are the brains and muscle behind the Six Sigma programme, it is critical that they are equipped with the appropriate skills and tools to enable them to deliver current and future improvements.

Managers, internal consultants, change agents, project managers, team leaders and team members who will be involved in or lead Six Sigma projects will benefit from this course.

Course Objectives

To equip delegates with the essential Six Sigma skills necessary to establish and successfully undertake a process improvement or redesign project using the Define Measure Analyse Improve Control methodology.

    * Apply the principles of the Six Sigma DMAIC performance improvement model.
