Course Summary
This is an examination based course, which gives Delegates accreditation to Managing Successful Programmes Foundation Level. The course equips Delegates with a detailed knowledge and structure of the MSP™ method including the documentation to be produced during a full programme lifecycle. The course will also focus upon ensuring that benefits are realised and buy-in from Stakeholders is planned and managed.
Course Outline
How programmes come about
· Identifying the outline of what the programme is to deliver
· Defining in detail what the programme is to deliver and determining whether it is worthwhile
· Managing the programme including ensuring Benefits Realisation, effective and appropriate Stakeholder Management, Handling Issues and managing risks across the programme
· Ensuring that the programme remains worthwhile and aligned to strategic objectives
· Delivering the required outcomes to the required quality
· Programme reviews and audit
