Course: MSP Practitioner - 3 days

MSP is the OGC Best Practice method for managing programmes. The training accreditation, registration and examination scheme is provided by The APM Group Ltd. MSP is written primarily for those who are involved in the direction, management, support and delivery of programmes.
Course Details
• 3-day course which includes the Practitioner examination.
• Accredited by The APM Group
• Delivered by an accredited MSP training organisation and by an accredited trainer.
• The course comprises a mixture of input sessions, group exercises and examination-based practical work.

Please note that in order to take the MSP Practitioner course a pass on the MSP Foundation of at least 60% is required.

• To help candidates understand the OGC Best Practice approach to Programme Management, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
• To gain a comprehensive understanding of the principles and theory of the MSP manual.
• It is also anticipated that anyone wishing to move into other roles within programmes would be able to achieve this qualification thereby helping them gain the relevant theory and understanding.
