Course: MSP Foundation - 3 days

MSPF is designed for members of the programme team, including practising programme managers, members of the programme office and senior project managers, who wish to gain formal recognition of their knowledge by taking the MSP Foundation examination.

The MSP Foundation qualification is now established as an external competence measure by organisations around the world.

The course will provide you with a broad and in-depth understanding of all elements of the MSP method and allow you to take the MSP Foundation examination at the end of this course.

Following the standard syllabus issued by the MSP Examinations Board, it focuses on the MSP framework and how this might be applied pragmatically to real programmes.

The course will cover:

• The key roles, governance themes, documents and processes of MSP
• Sample examination papers
• Examination hints, tips and preparation
• Case study work, to bring the method to life
• The MSP Foundation examination
