M_o_R® is written primarily for Business Managers, process owners, strategic planners, project and procurement teams, business continuity planners and security teams are the primary audience for this guidance, together with their service providers.

• 2-day course which includes the Foundation examination.
• Accredited by The APM Group
• Delivered by an accredited M_o_R training organisation and by an accredited trainer.
• The course comprises a mixture of input sessions, group exercises and examination-based practical work.

The 2 days of this course lead to the Foundation Exam. The course is tutor-lead, and has a mixture of theory and practical exercises. The Foundation exam is a 45 minutes long, 45 question multiple choice paper. The pass mark is 23 (51%).
