It is designed for Project Management professionals in any industry. It is appropriate for people working in the management of projects ranging from individual assignments through to large capital projects or company organisational changes.
Prerequisites
Delegates should have 2 years practical experience and knowledge in project management.
Examinations
The course has been designed to prepare delegates for the APMP examination. Please note that the examination is not held on the course and should be booked separately - See the APMP Qualification Examination course
Additional Notes
The course has been designed to prepare delegates for the APM examinations. During the course presentations, discussions, exercises and sample examination papers are used to cover the syllabus. The course involves a small amount of evening work (between 1 and 2 hours) to ensure maximum understanding of the information presented during the day. The course finishes mid afternoon on the Friday.
