Course: Problem Solving and Decision Making

Today’s competitive business world requires innovative solutions to many of our daily problems. Creative thinking is not a gift, it may be developed, and we all have the capability to invent solutions that are both highly creative and effective. 

This course is designed to help participants to generate creative solutions to problems, be discriminating in their choice of options for development and select practical solutions for implementation.

By the end of the course you will:

• have practised various tools and techniques to define problems.
• have identified your own preferred style of problem solving and decision making.
• be able to generate creative solutions
• be able to make effective decisions and recommendations for action.
• have considered the benefits of cultivating a creative working environment.
• have produced a Personal Problem Solving and Decision Making Action Plan for implementation back at the workplace.
