The event covers the principles, terminology and methods used in the Management of Risk (M_o_R) approach. It enables delegates to apply the Guidance within their own organisations as well as preparing for the APM Group Foundation examination (included in the course).

Course Objectives
On completion of the course delegates will have:
· Defined the key principles underpinning the effective Management of Risk
· Applied the main components of the Risk Management process

· Identified a range of techniques that can be used to support the Management of Risk process
· Prepared for and taken the M_o_R Foundation Examination

Examination and Certification
The Foundation examination is a multiple-choice paper containing 50 questions, all of which are to be answered in one hour. This is a closed book examination.
