Course Summary

This 2 day PRINCE2™ Practitioner Exam Preparation Workshop is an intensive preparation for the PRINCE2™ Practitioner Exam.

Delegates will undertake multiple sample questions under the direct guidance of the trainer who will provide one to one feedback on key areas of success and improvement.

Delegates attending this course need to have passed the PRINCE2™ Foundation Exam.

The successful completion of the Practitioner Exam will give the Delegate a recognised PRINCE2™ Practitioner qualification

  • Preparation for the Practitioner Exam
Course Content
  • Practical Application of PRINCE2
  • Linking the components, processes and techniques to a project scenario
  • Addressing theoretical and practical use of the PRINCE2 method
 
Exam Preparation
  • Review of exam questions, mapped against key areas of the PRINCE2 manual
  • How to structure answers to the Practitioner Exam
  • Mock exam practice marked and feedback given by the trainer

 The Course Will Benefit
  • Delegates who have passed a Foundation Exam less than 3 months prior to attendance
  • Delegates who may not have had success with the PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam in the past
  • Delegates who believe they are able to write the Practitioner Exam after one intensive day of training

Course Structure
  • Suggested 10 hours of pre-course preparation
  • 2-day Course
  • 3 hour open book Practitioner Exam on the 2nd day, pass mark is 180/360 (Split 40 marks each over 9 questions)
  • It is assumed that Delegates have previously attended a PRINCE2 training course to Foundation Level as this event will concentrate on revision activities and not provide new learning opportunities
