This course will enable managers, team leaders and team members to discover the techniques and skills of problem solving and decision-making using a number of tools designed to stimulate ideas, overcome problems and make sound, logical decisions that produce the best solutions.
Making decisions and solving problems are some of the most important elements of management. Decisions often cover a large range of problems. Whether the decisions are small or large, good management requires asking and answering many important questions.
