Course Summary
Managing change is a task requiring unfaltering commitment, skill and technique. Its complexity can be so overwhelming that many managers simply don’t know where to start. Restructuring and reorganising are the typical trademarks of most change programmes, but have you considered how you will get the support and the commitment you need from your staff?
This course is designed to enhance the skills of those managers who are charged with bringing about both transformational and incremental change.Pre-requisites:Managers who are either in the process of introducing or managing a change programme, or those who will be required to do so in the future.

By the end of the course you will:
- know the different types of change and their impact on the way people work.
- be able to identify people’s responses to change and understand why people often resist change.
- be able to help people work constructively through change.
- understand the importance of creating a shared vision for the future and develop the skills to build the vision.
- know how people respond to positive change and help others avoid some of the pitfalls of positive change.
- have produced a personal Change Management Action Plan for implementation back at the workplace.
