The objective of this course is to give delegates a comprehensive understanding of the ‘Managing Successful Programmes’ (MSP) philosophy and how it can be applied to live programmes. This course is delivered using the latest 2007 MSP manual and syllabus.

The course is recommended for managers with full-time responsibility within a programme environment.

This course takes place over three days. The Advanced Practitioner exam is taken during the afternoon of day three.
