Course: MSP Combined Foundation, Practitioner & Advanced Practitioner - 7 days

This intensive workshop is designed to give delegates a full understanding of the processes, components and techniques of the OGC methodology, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP). On the 3^rd day, delegates will undertake the OGC MSP Foundation exam. On the 5^th day delegates will undertake the OGC MSP Practitioner level examination and then on the 7^th day it will complete the examinations and sit the OGC MSP advanced practitioner level.

Please note that in order to take the MSP Practitioner course a pass on the MSP Foundation of at least 60% is required.

Attendance on this workshop will enable delegates to:

Develop their understanding of the components, processes, products and techniques of MSP

Have confidence and competence to practise the method in the live environment;

Develop their knowledge of the material and undertake the MSP Foundation, Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner examinations

At the end of the workshop, the delegate will be able to:

Comprehend the practical application issues of using and tailoring MSP;

Navigate the MSP material to maximise its usage as a working tool in the live environment
