P3M3 Training Workshop

The P3M3 Training Workshop will show you how to use the Office of Government Commerce’s Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3) to improve organisational performance. 
It demonstrates that there is more to maturity modelling than certification by providing delegates with a self-assessment method and a framework for planning and measuring improvement initiatives.

About the instructor
   
Mike is a Business Change Manager with knowledge and experience of a wide variety of best practice methods for the management of projects and programmes. His experience as a CMM assessor and Six Sigma practitioner is being used to help clients undergo business change.
Mike is the co-author of the P3M3 White-paper and the new OGC Guide to the PRINCE2™ Maturity Model called, “Improving Project Performance Using P2MM”.
