Creative Problem Solving

Problems occur in all aspects of life, whether business or personal. Delegates who need to understand and have practical experience of creative problem solving will find this course encourages them to practice in a safe environment. Through practical examples based on their own concerns, delegates leave feeling confident in their ability to apply a number of different techniques to problem solving in a structured way

The design of this one day learning and participation workshop will cover:

• The background to CPS, what 'normal' problem solving entails and why we get stuck in a rut
• An insight as to why delegates think the way they do
• The general methods of CPS and some eye-opening techniques for solution identification
• The six steps of CPS providing the 'hands on' ability for the delegates to resolve their chosen problems or opportunities
• Future action plans for each delegate

The course is very 'hands on' with a strong emphasis on learning by doing. Your current concerns or opportunities form the backbone of the practical work.
