Using MS Project on PRINCE2 projects
Target Audience
Anyone who has not used MS Project before or who has not had training in using the product and who needs to produce or understand a project plan or a project report. This might include Team Leaders, Project Leaders, Project Managers or Managers.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the workshop you will :
- Use MS Project to produce a plan of their project; creating tasks, identifying dependencies, assigning resources and scheduling
- Have experience of using many of the menu options within MS Project
- Be aware of the many report options available with MS Project
Pre-Requisites
No previous knowledge of MS Project is required, but a general understanding of MS Windows would be advantageous.

Course Summary
MS Project is a powerful graphical program to assist the team leader, project leader or project manager to manage projects. This workshop provides the delegates with the detail of the MS Project menus and enables them to use the basic functionality of MS Project to plan their own projects.
This is a practical hands-on workshop and delegates will use MS Project to undertake many exercise projects.
