PMI PMP Exam Preparation Workshop
Target Audience
This workshop is aimed at experienced project managers who wish to adopt a fast-track approach to preparing for the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) examination.
It is based on the 9 knowledge areas defined in the PMBOK Guide and includes exercises and sample examination questions.
Learning Objectives
Delegates will Learn to:-
- Understand the nine knowledge areas defined by the PMI PMBOK
- Appreciate the examination question format
- Adopt the best strategy and tactics for taking the PMP examination
- Identify any further revision required before taking the PMP examination
Pre-Requisites
Experienced project managers who wish to prepare for taking the PMI PMP examination.
Delegates should meet the requirements specified by the PMI
The PMI requires that candidates for the PMP examination must:
- Have received 35 hours of classroom project management training, and
- Either hold a Bachelor degree (or equivalent) together with 4,500 hours of project management experience in the last 6 years, or have 7,500 hours of project management experience in the last 8 years

Course Summary
This highly interactive, 2-day course will provide individuals with coaching and practice questions in order to prepare themselves for the specific requirements of the Project Management Professional certification exam
Examinations
Delegates should note they are required to apply directly to the PMI to register for the examination, which will normally be sat at an approved on-line testing centre shortly after attending the workshop.
