Any complex project requires teamwork and at the heart of teamwork are the meetings and conversations that allow team members to share information, diagnose problems and create solutions. This course will develop the participants capacity to run and contribute to great team meetings. The course helps participants to understand their own behaviour, the behaviour of others and how habitual behaviour determines the success of any team in dealing with complexity problems.
