Managing Multiple Projects with PRINCE2

Introduction

This two-day modular course will enable you to understand clearly the nature of multiple projects, the challenges faced, how a structured programme and project management approach addresses these  challenges and the techniques available to you to manage a portfolio of projects effectively.

Those who have to manage a number of projects for a single client; particularly project leaders, project managers, team managers/leaders, work stream managers/leaders and project support and assurance personnel.

Course content

This course will enable you to understand the principles of portfolio management, personal planning and planning for multiple projects, portfolio monitoring, reporting and control, benefit management, problem solving and
change management. You will also become familiar with PRINCE2 terminology as the course is delivered in context of both Managing Successful Programmes and PRINCE2 project management environments.
