Course Summary

Managing Successful Programmes is the de facto standard developed by the UK government for delivering change programmes in the UK.  The course aims to prepare and enable individuals in both roles to effectively contribute to the achievement of a successful programme outcome.

This course is designed for 2 scenarios:

  1. Managers with a strong background in operational and change experience who are about to be exposed to the disciplines of programme management
  2. Individuals in organisations where MSP is being implemented and they have taken on the programme management role of Business Change Manager, which is unique.

It looks at the key principles that affect the BCM in detail, and will review the Programme Management lifecycle from the BCM perspective.
