This course is for PRINCE2 Practitioners certified over 5 years ago who are required to take the re-registration examination in order to demonstrate their commitment to professional development.

Course Summary
There have been some significant changes in PRINCE2 particularly in the areas of Risk, Tolerances, Change Control and Communications, as well as a complete new Component Chapter on Business Case Management. There is also a new edition of the manual "Managing Successful Projects using PRINCE2"
The course fee includes a copy of the 2005 edition of the PRINCE2 manual and examination fee for the re-registration exam.
Typical Course Outline
• Identify the major changes in the PRINCE2 manual
• Review the Components, Processes and Techniques used in PRINCE2
• Apply PRINCE2 to a given scenario
• Prepare for and take the PRINCE2 Practitioner
Examinations
Since the January 1 2008 the PRINCE2 Re-registration exam has become an Objective Testing Exam. The exam format is:
3 questions, with a scenario background and appendices.
- Each of the 3 questions is worth 40 marks
- An overall score of 60 out of a possible 120 is required to pass
- One hour duration
- Open-book examination (only the PRINCE2 Manual is allowed).
