PRINCE2 Conversion 3 Days

The event is designed for project managers who have attended the PRINCE2™ Foundation event and now want to gain the Practitioners' certificate.

The event is also appropriate for those people who have attended a Practitioner course but did not pass the Practitioners' exam and therefore would like to re-sit it.

Delegates must have sat and passed the Foundation exam in order to attend this course.

This course is intended for delegates who have passed the PRINCE2 Foundation exam and wish to gain the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification

It provides an exam focused revision of the method, and provides guidance and practice in the approach to be taken to achieve exam success. The PRINCE2 Practitioner examination is included in the course

This course will build on your knowledge of the structure and content of PRINCE2™ and tunes this knowledge into an understanding of the practical application of the method. Time will be given to assessing risks within the project, planning techniques and how to ensure a quality approach runs throughout the project.

Delegates will sit the 3-hour PRINCE2 Practitioner on the last day of the course.

The Practitioner examination is based around a scenario, with 3 questions addressing how PRINCE2™ can be applied to the scenario. Each of the 3 questions is worth 50 marks and an overall score of 75 out of a possible 150 marks is required to pass. You will have three hours in which to answer the questions, with 10 minutes reading time at the start of the examination to become familiar with the scenario. It is an open-book examination so manual and notes can be used.
