Course Summary
This workshop is designed to give delegates a sound foundation in the principles of Programme Management and an understanding of the processes, components and techniques of the OGC methodology, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP). On the last day, delegates will undertake the OGC MSP Foundation examination.
Examinations
The MSP Foundation Examination is included within the course timetable. This is marked immediately by the Tutor - you will leave the course with your results.
