MSP Foundation - 2 days
Target Audience
The Foundation exam is intended for those to intend to work within a programme environment, who need to know the terminology used and some of the theory behind the practice. e.g. those who are working in a Programme as Project Managers, Team Managers, Programme Office staff and others advising on elements of the programme.
Learning Objectives
• The objectives of this course are to help candidates understand the OGC Best Practice approach to Programme Management, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
• To understand a general knowledge and understanding of the fundamental principles of MSP based on the manual.
• To prepare delegates for the APM Group administered Foundation examination in MSP.
• It is a start pointing of providing a higher level qualification.

Course Summary
MSP is the OGC Best Practice method for managing programmes. The training accreditation, registration and examination scheme is provided by The APM Group Ltd. MSP is written primarily for those who are involved in the direction, management, support and delivery of programmes.
Examinations
The Foundation exam is 40 minutes long hour, 50 question multiple choice exam.
