MSP Combined Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner - 3 days

Course Summary

This course provides a route from the foundation qualification to the MSP Registered qualifications. By the end of this event delegates will be able to use MSP recommendations to:
. Set-up a suitable programme organisation with appropriate controls
. Create an environment for successful delivery of change
. Keep activities focused on the business change objectives
. Clearly define benefits and dis-benefits
. Manage the full programme lifecycle, from initial mandate to benefits realisation
. Manage the transition of change through to operational use
. Identify and manage risk and resolve issues.

Please note that in order to take the MSP Practitioner course a pass on the MSP Foundation of at least 60% is required.
