MSP Combined Foundation & Practitioner - 4 days
Target Audience
Experience of working within a programme and knowledge of PRINCE2TM project management would be highly beneficial.
Learning Objectives
This is a 4-day non-residential course. It will provide you with sufficient knowledge and experience in the processes and governance themes of the OGC's 2007 upgrade to the Programme Management methodology and take you to the level required to sit the optional OGC's Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner level exam.
The course concentrates on an understanding of the Transformational Flow, the production of key MSP documents, Programm Brief, Programme Plan, Resource Management, Benefits Management, Quality Management and Risk Management Strategies plus significant preparation for the Foundation and Practitioner exams.

Pre-Requisites
Experience of working within a programme and knowledge of PRINCE2 project management are highly beneficial. In order to progress to the Practitioner course, delegates must have obtained a pass rate of 60% at Foundation level.

Examinations
The MSP Foundation exam is a 45 minute multiple choice exam, consisting of 50 questions.
The 2 hours, objectively assessed MSP Practitioner exam is taken on the 4th day.
