PRINCE2 Re-Registration Exam

Target Audience

This course is for PRINCE2 Practitioners certified up to 5 years ago who are required to take the re-registration examination in order to demonstrate their commitment to professional development.

Course Summary

APMG requires all Registered PRINCE2 Practitioners to keep their skills up to date, and to demonstrate their knowledge by taking and passing a Re-Registration Examination every five years. 

 

This course takes candidates through a review of PRINCE2 method including updates on new elements in PRINCE2.

 

The following subjects will be covered:

  • The principles of PRINCE2
  • Overview explanation of the PRINCE2 processes, components and techniques
  • What's new in PRINCE2 Examination techniques

The course fee includes a copy of the 2005 edition of the PRINCE2 manual and examination fee for the re-registration exam.

Examinations

Since the January 1 2008 the PRINCE2 Re-registration exam has become an Objective Testing Exam. The exam format is:

 

3 questions, with a scenario background and appendices.

  • Each of the 3 questions is worth 40 marks
  • An overall score of 60 out of a possible 120 is required to pass
  • One hour duration
  • Open-book examination (only the PRINCE2 Manual is allowed).

Please, note that you will need to bring a photo ID for the exam.
