>MSP 2007 Practitioner Upgrade (2 or 3 days)
This intensive workshop will build on the Foundation course and gives you a fuller understanding of the processes, components and techniques of the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) method. Includes MSP Practitioner examination.
>MSP 2007 Foundation & Practitioner (5 days)
This five-day course will give you a comprehensive understanding of the 'Managing Successful Programmes' methodology, and how it can be applied to live programmes.You will sit the Foundation and Practitioner examinations during the course.
>MSP 2007 Advanced Practitioner (2 or 3 days)
The MSP Advanced Practitioner workshop will develop your MSP knowledge. It's suitable for experienced Programme Managers who need to validate their experience and differentiate themselves from those who merely have knowledge of MSP. Includes the Advanced Practitioner examination
