PRINCE2 Conversion
Take a PRINCE2 "Conversion" course if you have acheived the PRINCE2 Foundation event and now want to gain the PRINCE2 Practitioners' certificate.
It's also designed for those people who have attended a Practitioner course but did not pass the Practitioners' exam and therefore would like to re-sit it.
You must have passed the Foundation exam in order to attend this course.
It provides an exam-focused revision of the PRINCE2 method, and provides guidance and practice in the approach to be taken to achieve exam success. The PRINCE2 Practitioner examination is included in the course
This PRINCE2 training course will build on your knowledge of the structure and content of PRINCE2 and tunes this knowledge into an understanding of the practical application of the method. Time will be given to assessing risks within the project, planning techniques and how to ensure a quality approach runs throughout the project.
