Course: ISEB Modelling Business Processes - 2 days

Modelling Business Processes is one of an integrated set of courses leading to the widely respected British Computer Society Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB) Diploma in Business Analysis. It can also lead to the ISEB Diploma in Systems Development.

Modelling Business Processes is a SPECIALIST module of the ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis.  Modelling Business Processes.

This is a 2 day course.

There is an option to sit the ISEB exam at the end of the course; this must be pre-arranged but the fee is included in the course price.

There are no pre-requisites for the course. Some evening work is required during the course.

 

The success of business change projects is greatly increased by modelling the business processes prior to change. Modelling allows a common understanding and visibility of the current situation, facilitates the evaluation of alternative strategies and reflects the change to be implemented. This course enables delegates to practice a variety of techniques for modelling and improving business processes and for evaluating the effectiveness of change.
