The ITIL Expert Qualification: Service Operation Certificate Course is one of five lifecycle courses that fit into the intermediate stream for ITIL Version 3 certification. It is a free-standing qualification but it is also a module contributing to the ITIL Expert in IT Service Management Certificate

The course is comprised of lecture sessions, facilitated assignments and exercises and a practice examination.

The examination board recommend 21 hours personal study of the Service Operation book and the syllabus as preparation for the course. There is a lot of information to cover on the course so we would expect delegates to spend between 1 and 2 hours each evening doing self-study. | |
