Course Objectives
To show how IT Infrastructure Library® (ITIL®) and other related "best practices" help create an ITSC plan, ability to test that plan and recover the systems in accordance with the Business Continuity plan. If eligible, to take the ISEB Practitioner Certificate in ITSC Management examination.
This course will enable delegates to:
