EXIN Service Quality Management Foundation (SQMF)
The ISO/IEC20000 SQM Foundation program is targeted at a broad audience of IT service professionals who play a role or have an interest in Service Quality Management, even if their employer’s or customer’s organisation is not yet ISO/IEC 20000 certified.
The SQMF has set the international standard for those wishing to demonstrate their proficiency in the Best Practice service management systems associated with ISO20000.
Exams
There is a 60 minute, closed book, multiple choice paper
