EXIN Service Quality Management Advanced (SQMA)

The ISO/IEC 20000 SQM Advanced program is targeted at core staff, consultants, and  auditors preparing for or involved in the maintenance of ISO20000 certification.

Competencies must include:
- advising business leaders on setting up of a quality system for IT service provision
- advising and supporting implementation of a quality system
- advising and supporting internal audits on the quality system

EXIN’s SQM qualifications have set the international standard for those wishing to demonstrate their proficiency in the Best Practice service management systems associated with ISO20000.

Exams

There is a 90 minute, closed book, multiple choice paper

Pre-Requisites

Training with an EXIN accredited training provider and successful completion of the practical assignments.  The ITIL Foundation Certificate or equivalent knowledge
>ITIL Foundation (v2 and v3)
