ITIL Practitioner (v2)

The ITIL Practitioner Certificates are specific to a particular process or area of expertise.  The structure of the Practitioner Certificates varies slightly between the ISEB and the EXIN Examination Institutes but the underlying content is common.

Some training providers run clustered courses which combine training in 2 or more topics – leading to multiple exams.

The Certificates are free-standing qualifications in their own right and are not pre-requisites for the higher, Manager Certificate.  Within the ISEB qualifications framework they can be combined with other qualifications to achieve Diploma status.

These qualifications will continue to be available well into 2008 – and they provide credits which count towards the new version 3 ITIL Diploma.

Exams

The exams are set, administered and marked by APMG, ISEB, or EXIN.

Each exam is associated with a course – with the exam incorporated on the last day. The format of the exam can vary so you should refer to date specific course details.

Pre-Requisites
