Pre-Requisites

The qualified candidate for this certification typically has experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or Exchange Server 2007 and knowledge of concepts such as Outlook Web Access (OWA), Outlook Mobile Access (OMA), and Exchange ActiveSync (EAS). The candidate also has one to two years of experience working with Active Directory directory services, at least one year of experience working with mobile devices, and experience using or managing Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 with the Messaging and Security Feature Pack. The successful candidate also has knowledge of mobile and general network security concepts such as firewalls, reverse proxy, certificates, and configuring security protocols (EAP, TLS, WPA, WEP, and 802.1x); Microsoft ActiveSync 4.1 or later; and messaging protocols such as Short Message Service (SMS) and Hotmail (HTTP).
