itSMF ISO20000 for Auditors

Target Audience

Experienced internal or external auditors of ISO/IEC 20000 compliance (also known as ISO20000).

Successful delegates will:

Understand the ISO20000 Standard and associated itSMF Certification process
Be able to plan and execute ISO2000 audits to the standards required by itSMF Registered Certification Bodies (RCBs).

The course will also cover essential skills necessary for those interested in obtaining the itSMF ISO20000 Auditor Certificate.

Delegates must have 3 years' general IT auditing experience and hold a certified auditor qualification (ie ISO9000 or ISO27001/BS7799 or TickIT).
