Organisational Context

Many people working in IT are experts in their technical speciality but have limited knowledge of business and organisational issues. The ISEB Organisational Context course gives a brief outline of the basic principles of business organisation, touching on a variety of topics that make up the environment into which IT must fit, operate and deliver benefits.

Recognising that some delegates may be more familiar than others with the broader business environment this course is available over either 2 or 3 days.
