Will I need to do any studying before my course ?
If you will be attending a qualification course e.g. PRINCE2, ITIL or MSP, you may receive a pre-course study pack which includes the course manual. The recommended study time ranges from 2 hours to 15 hours, depending on the specific approach of the training provider.
