How to Book and Pay for Your Training Course

- Click Book
- Click Pay Now
- Fill in your Contact Details and Credit/Debit Card information online
- We will contact you to confirm your booking
Step 1 - We'll check that there are free places on the course and confirm your Booking.
In the unlikely event that the course is no longer available, we will refund your payment in full or find an alternative course
Step 2 - You will receive your Course Joining Instructions which will contain all the information that you need e.g. start times and a location map
On some courses (e.g. PRINCE2) you will also receive your Pre-Course Study material.
Please ensure that you allow enough time to carry out the pre-course reading (Up to 20 hours on PRINCE2 courses)
Please note that you are subject to Focus booking terms and conditions once you have placed a Booking
Online payments are made via Paypoint whose site is Thawte authenticated and uses SSL security. You will see the "https" code at the start of the url which indicates a secure site (you may also see a padlock symbol though display of this varies according to the web browser you use). Your credit card details are not made available to Focus on Training.

You have not made a firm commitment at this stage , it's just like asking a hotel to provisionally hold a room for you.
Please note that if you provide a PO number on the booking form, this will be taken as a confirmed booking
What Happens next ?
Step 1 - We'll reserve your Place - We will check the course availability and then we’ll reserve a provisional place for you.
Step 2 - We'll agree the Payment Method with you - As your course booking will remain provisional until we receive your payment or Purchase Order. Most courses book up quickly, so you will now need to organise your payment as soon as possible
We are pleased to accept these methods of payment:
- Credit or Debit Card
- Personal Cheque or Bank Transfer
- Purchase Order from your Employer
- Payment from your Employer
Step 3 - When we receive your Payment (or P.O. No.), we'll confirm your Booking- Once your payment has been approved, we will then arrange for the course Joining Instructions and any Pre-Course reading to be sent to you. You will then be subject to our booking terms and conditions
Step 4 - You will receive your Course Joining Instructions

- Complete the Form and fax it back to Focus on 0870 855 5321
