Course: ISEB Business Analysis Essentials

Course Summary

This course
• helps Business Analysts understand the development of business strategy and how it impacts the organisation.

Objectives
Successful delegates will be able to:

• Use techniques to investigate an organisation’s business systems.

Examination
At the end of the course delegates may sit an open-book examination to attain the ISEB Certificate in Business Analysis Essentials. The exam is one hour preceded by 15 minutes reading time during which you may read the exam paper and your course notes.  This certificate is a core certificate for the ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis.

Class size
The normal class size is 6 to 9 delegates.

Course hours
9.30am to 5.00pm each day.
The exam will be held at 3.30pm on the last day.

Refreshments and lunch are included in the course fee. 
Tea, coffee, water, fruit and biscuits on arrival and during the day.
Lunch in the hotel restaurant, please advise us of any special dietary needs.

Case study
Delegates work in small teams to practice business analysis skills and techniques learnt on the course.
