ITIL Intermediate & Expert
At the Intermediate Level within ITIL there are 9 modular courses. Each has an exam included within the course and successful delegates will receive the appropriate ITIL Certificate. These are all titled as "ITIL Expert Certificates" since they provide credits towards ITIL Expert status.
The courses are grouped into 2 streams. The "Service Lifecycle" courses align to each of the 5 core ITIL manuals. The Service Capability courses focus on specific ITIL processes in more depth. Each Service Lifecycle certificate provides 3 credits towards the total of 22 required to become an ITIL Expert. Each Service Capability course provides 4 credits.
It is possible to "pick and mix" from the various Intermediate modules to suit the requirements of you and your organisation. There are some constraints to ensure a good mix of topics is covered.
