ITIL V2 Manager's Certificate Training
The ITIL Manager courses in Service Delivery and Service Support must both be taken to obtain manager level certification. This is commonly known as "Red Badge".

Whether or not certification is required these are the accredited courses which all those leading or aspiring to lead IT departments should experience.
As organisations become increasingly knowledge based so IT service provision is ever more complex and business critical. These courses are designed to help you manage that complexity. They will help you create a 'world class' IT Service function that will help your organisation maintain and improve its business edge.
We are seeing a surge of interest in these courses as experienced Service Management professionals realise that this is the quickest (and cheapest) route to the new ITIL Expert certification. To upgrade to ITIL Expert requires the 4 or 5 day ITIL Manager's Bridge course and exam.
ITIL V 3
The version 3 equivalent of the Manager's Certificate is "ITIL Expert".
This can be achieved by accumulating at least 17 credits within the new qualification structure (there are points available for V2 qualifications you may hold) - and then taking the Managing Through the Lifecycle course and exam.
Alternatively, holders of the ITIL Manager's Certificate can simply take the new ITIL Manager's Bridge course and exam.
