PRINCE2 is the standard method for project management, and recognised as such world-wide. It provides a flexible, adaptable approach for organising, managing and controlling projects. The principles of the PRINCE2 method and associated training can be used for all types of project.

Tailoring PRINCE2
· How to tailor PRINCE2 to suit different projects
When attending the exam, delegates must present an official form of photographic identification to the Tutor. Delegates will not be eligible to sit the exam without this identification
PRINCE2 Foundation Exam
- 1 hour, closed book exam set by the APMG
- 75 multiple choice questions, including 5 dummy questions
- 50% pass mark (35 correct answers out of the 70 ‘real’ questions)
- The exam papers are marked the same day by the trainer
- Unsuccessful delegates will be able to re-sit the exam on the same day.
PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam
- 2.5 hour exam, set by the APMG
- Candidates may refer to their annotated copy of the official PRINCE2 manual
- 108 Objective Testing multiple choice questions
- 55% pass mark
- The exam papers are marked by the APM Group who set the exam.
- Results are normally sent to delegates 5-6 weeks after the exam.
Certification
Delegates who pass the Practitioner examination are awarded the qualification of "Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner". The certificate is an internationally recognized qualification in PRINCE2.

Delegates will receive a pre-course reading pack which will include the PRINCE2 manual and are requested to carry out 8-10 hours pre-course reading prior to starting the course.
In addition delegates should spend 4-6 hours on the online E-Learning module which also contains sample Foundation and Practitioner questions and answers. | |
