Weekend MoR Mgt of Risk - Foundation

This is an examination-based course, which gives delegates accreditation to the Management of Risk (M_o_R) at Foundation Level. The course provides delegates with a detailed knowledge of the M_o_R principles, processes and techniques for identifying, assessing, planning for and managing risks. The course helps delegates understand the benefits of managing risks from Strategic, Programme, Project and Operational perspectives. This course carries 20 PDUs (Professional Development Units).
