PMI PMP Exam Preparation Workshop
Target Audience
It is based on the 9 knowledge areas defined in the PMBOK Guide and includes exercises and sample examination questions.
Learning Objectives
- Understand the nine knowledge areas defined by the PMI PMBOK
- Appreciate the examination question format
- Adopt the best strategy and tactics for taking the PMP examination
- Identify any further revision required before taking the PMP examination
Pre-Requisites
Experienced project managers who wish to prepare for taking the PMI PMP examination.
Delegates will normally have already undertaken one of the following courses:
>> PMI Project Management Professional (5 day)
>> Professional Project Manager (4 day)
Delegates should meet the requirements specified by the PMI
The PMI requires that candidates for the PMP examination must:
- Have received 35 hours of classroom project management training, and
- Either hold a Bachelor degree (or equivalent) together with 4,500 hours of project management experience in the last 6 years, or have 7,500 hours of project management experience in the last 8 years
