Project Planning and Control using MS Project

Target Audience


Staff, at all levels, involved in estimating, planning and controlling systems development projects or setting up new procedures for project management. This includes, in particular, Project Managers, Team Leaders and Project/Programme Support staff.

Learning Objectives


To present to delegates the basic principles and techniques for estimating, planning and control of information systems projects.
 
To provide delegates with the skills required to create, resource and manage projects using the powerful features of Microsoft Project.

Pre-Requisites


Delegates are assumed to have a working knowledge of Windows 95/98. No previous knowledge of project management or Microsoft Project is assumed
